Rowledge Village Fayre

Bank Holiday Monday 28th May 2018 12 noon

Visitor Information

How to Find Us

The Fayre is held on the Recreation Ground in the centre of Rowledge, bordered by Fullers Road, School Road and Recreation Road. The main entrance to the Recreation Ground is adjacent to School Road. The postcode is GU10 4BP.
From Farnham or Bordon, enter Fullers Road from the A325.

From Lower Bourne or Frensham, enter Fifield lane from the A287 and continue on to Fullers Road.

Roads around the recreation ground can become very congested and so “No Parking” restrictions will be in force in Fullers Road, School Road and Recreation Road.

The Recreation Ground car park will be available all morning for stall holders to drop off equipment and all day for Disabled Parking.

Stallholders car parking will be provided in the school car park opposite the recreation ground car park.

The field at Cherryfields in Fullers Road opposite the end of School Road will be available for Free Car Parking throughout the day.

Toilets are available in the car park on School Road, next to the children's playground.

Cancellation or Alternative Venue

If the weather is bad or heavy rain has fallen for several days before the event, the RVF Committee will meet with the Recreation Ground Committee at 7.00am on the morning of the Fayre to determine whether the ground will be suitable for the Fayre to go ahead. Notices will be placed on this website, at entrances to the Recreation Ground and on nearby roads in the event of cancellation or relocation to an alternative venue.

The Fayre has only been cancelled twice in 32 years (on one of these occasions it was moved to the Village Hall). It has also been relocated once to Alice Holt Visitors Centre carpark.
